Dorothy Williams was a clothing boutique in Wayland Square in Providence RI store for 50 years. This is a formal black dress. floor length (but shorter in the front than the back). It is lined. has a slit in the front. The sleeves have open seams between the shoulder and the elbow. Zipper in the back up to the mid back. and then open to the collar. Excellent used condition.
